Tasks

La plateforme de Biologie Structurale Intégrée de l'IGBMC/CBI offre aux utilisateurs les expertises et technologies pour la production d'échantillons (protéines et macromolécules biologiques), leur caractérisation biophysique jusqu'à la détermination de leur structure tridimensionnelle grâce à différentes approches qui sont la cryo-microscopie électronique, la cristallographie aux rayons X, la diffusion des rayons X, la microscopie super résolution et la RMN. L'ensemble de ces technologies permet d'offrir aux utilisateurs une approche intégrée pour la détermination de structures.
La plateforme a aussi une mission de formation par l'accueil des utilisateurs sur site et par l'organisation d'ateliers pratiques.
