Common Flow Cytometry Core Of IGBMC
This service allows investigators to perform multi-parameter flow cytometry analysis and fluorescence-activated cell sorting of cells and particles in liquid suspension based on size, granulosity and color of fluorescence. Tree state-of-the-art analyzers BD Facs CELESTA, SYMPHONY A1 , Fortessa X20) and tree high speed sorters (2 FACSAria FUSION with 15 and 18 -colors capacity, FACSAria II with 16-color capacity) and one Bio-Rad Cell sorter (S3 cell sorter with 4-color capacity) are available to IGBMC researchers and the Strasbourg scientific community. The core service also provides protocols for numerous applications.
