AEG

The gene expression analysis platform (AEG) aims to provide public and private research teams with tools and skills to carry out their research projects relating to genomics, transcriptomics and epigenetics. .
The platform has instruments for carrying out sequencing projects (NGS Oxford Nanopore, NGS Illumina), high-throughput genotyping by HRM, gene expression analysis by qPCR and digital PCR (ddPCR).
